How does the credit system work?

Credits are used when you create an invoice (2) or a payable (5), submit something for approval (3), generate a PDF (2), send an email (1), receive a bill by email (2), or run AI document processing (5).

How do I create and send an invoice?

Go to Invoices, then Create Invoice, add the client and line items, and save. Creating the invoice costs 2 credits, generating the PDF costs 2, and sending it by email costs 1.

Yes! Billif supports multi-business management. You can add multiple businesses under one account and switch between them seamlessly. Each business has its own invoices, expenses, and financial data.

How does expense tracking and reimbursement work?

Team members submit expenses with a photo of the receipt, and AI categorises it. The claim then goes through your approval policy, which can have several levels, and once approved the reimbursement is paid straight to the staff member's bank account. Submitting a claim for approval costs 3 credits.

What payment methods are supported for collections?

Customers pay by bank transfer to your dedicated virtual account, or by card. Every payment is reconciled automatically and reflected in your wallet.

Billif calculates VAT on invoices and bills, manages TINs, and produces a VAT report ready to file. It also syncs with QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books.
